The Lovato 31DRPT220 is a PTC thermistor motor protection relay designed for temperature-based protection of motors and other compatible electrical equipment. Operating from a 220–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz supply, it provides a dedicated solution for monitoring PTC thermistors incorporated into motor windings.
Part of the Lovato DRPT thermistor protection relay range, the 31DRPT220 supports selectable manual or automatic reset and includes a test button for functional checking. Two changeover auxiliary contacts provide signalling and control capability for integration into industrial motor control circuits.
The relay is designed for standard 35 mm DIN rail mounting and provides IP20 frontal protection. With a 250 V rated insulation voltage between supply, inputs and outputs and a 4 kV rated impulse withstand voltage, it is suitable for integration into industrial electrical control panels.
