The Lovato RF200100 is a three-pole thermal motor protection relay with an adjustable operational current range of 60–100 A. Designed for three-phase motor protection, it provides overload protection with phase-failure/single-phase sensitivity and is suitable for use with Lovato B series contactor applications.
Part of the Lovato RF200 motor protection relay range, the RF200100 combines Class 10A tripping with selectable manual or automatic resetting. A built-in test button and trip indicator assist commissioning and maintenance, while one normally open and one normally closed auxiliary contact provide interfaces for control and signalling circuits.
The RF200100 has a 690 V rated operational voltage, 1000 V rated insulation voltage and 6 kV rated impulse withstand voltage. Its screw-mounted construction and robust power terminals make it suitable for higher-current industrial motor control and protection installations.
Thermal overload relays protect motors against sustained overload conditions that can cause excessive heating and damage.
