ABB M2SS4-30B is a non-illuminated 2-position maintained selector switch with a black long-handle actuator, chrome-metal bezel and IP66 front protection for industrial control-panel applications.
£15.66
The ABB M2SS4-30B is a robust 2-position maintained selector switch designed for reliable operator control in industrial machinery, electrical control panels and automation systems. Part of the ABB Modular Plastic pilot device range, it combines a black long-handle actuator with a durable chrome-metal bezel for professional industrial installations.
The M2SS4-30B provides B/C maintained selector operation, allowing the selected position to remain active until the operator deliberately changes it. Its long-handle rotary actuator provides clear, positive manual selection and is particularly well suited to machine operating modes, process functions and other applications requiring a stable two-position command.
Designed for the standard 22 mm modular pilot-device system, the M2SS4-30B integrates easily into industrial control panels. Its non-illuminated construction, IP66 front protection and robust metal bezel make it a dependable operator interface for demanding industrial environments.
Maintained selector switches are used where an operator needs to choose a machine state or operating function and have that selection remain active without continuously holding the actuator. The ABB M2SS4-30B provides this functionality through two maintained B/C positions and a long-handle actuator that gives operators a clear indication of the selected position.
ABB's modular pilot-device system allows selector-switch operators and compatible contact blocks to be configured according to the requirements of the control circuit. This modular approach makes the M2SS4-30B suitable for new machinery, OEM control panels and maintenance or modification of compatible ABB pilot-device installations.
