The IMO BC3DRED is a durable and dependable momentary push-button actuator designed for industrial control panels, machinery interfaces and operator stations. As part of the established IMO B3 22 mm control-device range, it provides clear manual operation of compatible electrical contact blocks.
This non-illuminated actuator features a red flush button, a chrome-finish bezel and spring-return operation. Pressing the button operates the connected contact mechanism, while releasing it automatically returns the actuator to its normal position, making it suitable for stop, reset, cancel and alarm-acknowledgement commands.
Designed for installation through a 22.5 mm panel aperture, the BC3DRED provides IP67 front protection for demanding industrial environments. Its modular construction allows compatible IMO connectors and normally open or normally closed contact blocks to be selected separately for the required control circuit.
Momentary push buttons provide a control command only while the operator presses the actuator. The IMO BC3DRED transfers this movement to a compatible contact block, allowing equipment functions such as stopping, resetting, cancelling or acknowledging an alarm to be controlled from an operator panel.
When pressure is removed, the internal spring returns the button to its normal position and the connected contacts return to their normal electrical state. The modular B3 design enables panel builders to combine the actuator with the normally open or normally closed contacts required by the application.
