With the type code MCD5-0428C-T5-G4X-00-CV1, this intelligent digital soft starter combines adaptive motor control, integrated bypass technology and comprehensive protection to maximise equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Designed for high-power industrial applications, the MCD 500 series reduces electrical inrush current and mechanical shock during motor acceleration and deceleration. Adaptive Acceleration Control automatically optimises the start and stop profile to suit the connected load, helping to extend the service life of motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps and other driven equipment while reducing maintenance costs.
With a 428 A rated operational current, a three-phase 200-525 V AC mains supply and a 24 V AC/DC control supply, the Danfoss 175G5515 is ideally suited to large pumps, compressors, crushers, conveyors, fans and heavy process machinery.
