The Wöhner 01433 is a genuine CrossLink® 185Power touch-safe protection cover module designed to provide additional front protection for the Wöhner 185Power busbar system. Measuring 50 mm wide, it is suitable for busbars measuring 30, 40, 60, 80, 100 and 120 × 10 mm, helping improve operator safety whilst maintaining easy access for maintenance and system expansion.
Manufactured from durable halogen-free insulating material, the 01433 forms part of the modular CrossLink® protection system, allowing panel builders and OEMs to create professional, touch-safe power distribution assemblies. Its modular design enables covers to be combined with additional CrossLink® accessories, including front covers and completion sections, to achieve the required level of protection.
Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Wöhner 01433 complies with IEC 61439-1:2020 and UL 508 requirements. It provides an IP20 front degree of protection and is suitable for feeder circuits above 250 V when used within approved system configurations.
The Wöhner 01433 is designed to enhance personnel safety by providing touch-safe front protection for exposed busbars without compromising the modular flexibility of the 185Power system. As part of the CrossLink® range, it allows protective covers to be combined with additional accessories to create customised protection for industrial switchgear and power distribution systems.
The protection cover also reduces the current-carrying capacity of the busbar system by a factor of approximately 0.94, or 0.88 when used together with the rear shrouding system, which should be considered during system design.
