The Wöhner 36108 is a compact 3-pole hybrid motor starter from the Wöhner MOTUS® 60Classic range, designed for reliable direct and reversing control of three-phase motors in industrial automation and machine building applications. It combines four essential motor control functions into a single space-saving unit, simplifying control panel construction whilst delivering dependable switching performance.
Designed for installation on the Wöhner 60Classic 60 mm busbar system, the 36108 incorporates innovative CrossLink® Technology, enabling rapid installation with significantly reduced wiring. Hybrid switching technology combines semiconductor and electromechanical switching to minimise contact wear, improve efficiency and deliver an exceptionally long electrical service life.
Supporting direct and reversing motor control from 1.5 to 6.5 A and switching resistive loads up to 9 A, the Wöhner 36108 is ideally suited to conveyors, packaging machinery, pumps, material handling equipment and OEM automation systems.
The Wöhner 36108 integrates four essential motor control functions into one compact device: forward contactor, reverse contactor, motor protection relay and Emergency Stop contactor. This reduces panel complexity whilst improving reliability and reducing installation time compared with conventional motor starter assemblies.
Its hybrid switching technology combines the advantages of wear-free semiconductor switching with mechanical contacts for continuous operation, providing low maintenance requirements and excellent long-term performance in demanding industrial environments.
