Why Choose the Rittal RX9360.004 RiLineX Board?

The Rittal RX9360.004 RiLineX board is a pre-assembled, three-pole power distribution system designed for efficient installation in industrial switchgear and control panel enclosures. Rated at up to 550A under IEC requirements, the complete board includes integrated 30 × 5 mm E-Cu copper busbars and provides a ready-to-install solution for distributing electrical power to compatible switching and protective devices.

With a board length of 905 mm, the RX9360.004 is designed for use in 1000 mm-wide enclosures. Its preconfigured construction reduces engineering and assembly time while providing consistent busbar alignment, a 60 mm bar centre spacing and extensive contact hazard protection throughout the system.

The board supports electrical systems operating at up to 1000V AC or 1500V DC. It may be mounted horizontally, vertically or above head height, allowing panel builders to adapt the installation to different enclosure layouts. Integrated rear cable-routing space helps maintain an organised panel design without unnecessarily obstructing the component mounting area.

How the RiLineX Complete Board Works

The RX9360.004 forms the main electrical distribution platform inside a compatible enclosure. Its three copper busbars carry the incoming power supply, while suitable RiLineX adaptors and switching devices connect directly to the board to create outgoing circuits.

Because the busbars, supporting structure and contact protection are supplied as a coordinated assembly, panel builders can avoid many of the cutting, drilling and alignment processes associated with conventional busbar installations. This supports repeatable assembly quality, reduces installation time and makes future alterations or system extensions easier to manage.

The board can also be joined to adjacent RiLineX boards using suitable baying connectors, allowing larger power distribution systems to span multiple enclosures while retaining the tested characteristics of the RiLineX platform.

Typical Applications

  • Industrial low-voltage switchgear assemblies.
  • Power distribution switchboards.
  • Motor control centres.
  • Machine and automation control panels.
  • Manufacturing and process-control systems.
  • Commercial building distribution equipment.
  • Renewable energy and energy-storage installations.
  • Data centre and infrastructure power systems.
  • OEM electrical equipment.
  • Modular enclosure line-ups.
