The Rittal RX9360.064 RiLineX Board is a pre-assembled three-pole power distribution board designed for efficient installation in industrial switchgear, control panels and low-voltage distribution systems. Supplied complete with integrated 30 × 5 mm E-Cu copper busbars, it offers a maximum IEC current rating of 550A and provides a coordinated platform for mounting compatible RiLineX switching, protection and connection components.
With a width of 505 mm, the RX9360.064 is designed for installation in 600 mm-wide Rittal enclosures. Its factory-assembled construction reduces measuring, cutting and alignment work, helping panel builders achieve faster and more consistent switchboard assembly. Integrated rear cable-routing space also supports organised installation of control and auxiliary wiring.
The board is suitable for systems operating at up to 1000V AC or 1500V DC. It provides end-to-end contact hazard protection to IP2XB, which can be upgraded using compatible RiLineX cover accessories. The system supports horizontal, vertical and overhead mounting and offers short-circuit performance up to 65kA when used with an appropriate protective device and approved system configuration.
The RX9360.064 forms the central power distribution platform inside a compatible enclosure. Its three integrated copper busbars carry the incoming electrical supply, while approved RiLineX component adaptors, switching devices and protective equipment connect directly to the board to create individual outgoing circuits.
Because the busbars, insulating supports and contact protection are supplied as a coordinated assembly, the board eliminates many of the fabrication processes associated with conventional busbar systems. This helps reduce installation time, maintain consistent busbar spacing and simplify planning, assembly and documentation.
Multiple boards can be connected across adjacent enclosures using the appropriate RiLineX baying set. This enables larger modular distribution systems to be created while retaining the tested electrical characteristics of the RiLineX platform when installed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements.
