The Rittal RX9360.535 is a heavy-duty 3-pole RiLineX CB component adaptor designed for mounting moulded-case circuit breakers (MCCBs) rated up to 630 A directly onto RiLineX and RiLine60 60 mm busbar systems. Featuring Rittal's innovative Easy-Fix concept, the adaptor enables circuit breakers and adaptors to be assembled independently before the complete unit is snapped onto the busbar system, significantly reducing installation time and simplifying switchboard construction.
Designed for industrial switchgear manufacturers, panel builders and OEMs, the RX9360.535 features tool-free snap-on mounting with semi-automatic adjustment for 5 mm and 10 mm busbar thicknesses. The cable outlet can be configured for either the top or bottom, providing maximum flexibility when designing modern low-voltage power distribution systems.
Manufactured from durable polyamide (PA 6), the adaptor provides IP2XB touch protection, IEC and UL approvals, and compatibility with a wide range of MCCBs from manufacturers including ABB, Eaton, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric, LS Electric, Hager, Rockwell Automation and many others.
The RX9360.535 allows moulded-case circuit breakers to be mounted onto the adaptor outside the enclosure before the complete assembly is installed onto the RiLineX busbar system. Semi-automatic adjustment compensates for both 5 mm and 10 mm busbar thicknesses without requiring additional components.
