The Pizzato FC3310 is a robust industrial position switch with a long piston plunger, designed for dependable position detection in machinery, automation and control systems. As part of the Pizzato FC series, it combines a durable metal housing with slow-action contacts and positive opening of the normally closed contact.
This position switch incorporates a 1NO+1NC slow-action contact block, providing one normally open and one normally closed contact for control, monitoring and interlocking circuits. Its long piston plunger enables direct actuation by cams, stops, slides and other moving machine components.
The FC3310 features an IP67-rated powder-coated metal housing with one PG 11 threaded conduit entry. With an operating temperature range of -25 °C to +80 °C and mechanical endurance of up to 20 million operating cycles, it is engineered for demanding industrial environments.
Position switches convert the mechanical movement of an actuator into an electrical switching signal. The slow-action mechanism in the Pizzato FC3310 changes the contact state according to plunger travel, supporting controlled and repeatable position monitoring within automated machinery.
