The FZ212 incorporates a 2 × (1NO + 1NC) snap-action contact configuration, providing a total of two normally open and two normally closed contacts. The B2 snap-action contact block provides rapid and repeatable electrical switching once the actuator reaches its operating point, making the switch suitable for machine sequencing, position monitoring and control applications.
The threaded piston plunger provides direct mechanical actuation by cams, stops and other moving machine components. The standard FZ212 features a metal enclosure with two PG13.5 threaded cable entries and provides IP67 protection according to EN 60529, making it suitable for industrial environments where dependable protection against dust and moisture ingress is required.
