The SR AD42AN5-A01N provides a 1NC + 1NO contact configuration with the protective guard closed. Its coded magnetic operating principle allows the sensor to recognise the corresponding actuator without mechanical contact, helping minimise wear and preventing operation by an ordinary magnet.
This configuration is supplied with the matching actuator providing a nominal 5 mm actuation distance and incorporates a 5 m PVC cable with 4 × 0.25 mm² conductors. The sensor features a right-hand cable exit, robust technopolymer housing, IP67 / IP69K protection and an ambient operating temperature range of -25 °C to +80 °C.
