Unlike inductive sensors that primarily detect metallic objects, the C30P/BP-1E uses capacitive sensing technology to detect both conductive and non-conductive materials. Its adjustable sensing range allows the sensor to be configured for different targets and operating conditions, while the yellow LED provides a clear visual indication whenever an object is detected.
With a nominal sensing distance adjustable from 2–16 mm, a 10–40 V DC supply and complementary PNP normally open and normally closed outputs, the C30P/BP-1E provides flexible integration with PLCs and industrial control systems.
