The Carlo Gavazzi CB32CLN20STAX is an ATEX capacitive proximity and level sensor designed for reliable detection of solid, liquid and granulated materials in demanding industrial applications. Part of the Carlo Gavazzi CB32CLN TRIPLESHIELD™ series, it combines an extended adjustable sensing range with a 120 V AC-class supply and SPDT relay output.
The CB32CLN20STAX provides a 20 mm maximum sensing distance with an adjustable 4–20 mm sensing range. Capacitive sensing technology allows it to detect conductive and non-conductive materials, making it particularly suitable for level monitoring of powders, grains, granulates, liquids and other process materials in silos, hoppers and storage vessels.
Designed for non-flush mounting, the CB32CLN20STAX has a 100–135 V AC rated supply range and a 2 A / 240 V AC SPDT change-over relay output. This model operates without an integrated time delay, while its 2 m cable, 32 × 101 mm PBT housing, TRIPLESHIELD™ protection, ATEX approval and IP67 protection rating provide a robust solution for industrial and agricultural material detection.
