Flexible NO or NC Magnetic Float Level Detection
Magnetic float level sensors such as the Carlo Gavazzi ILSP8 use a float that follows the surface of the liquid. A magnet incorporated into the float actuates an internal dry reed contact when the liquid reaches the switching position, providing a simple electrical signal for level monitoring, alarms or process control.
