The Mersen P300738 is a heavy-duty Protistor® Size 2×73 high-speed semiconductor fuse engineered to provide exceptional protection for high-power semiconductor equipment operating in demanding industrial environments. Designed for critical power conversion applications, it protects diodes, thyristors, GTOs and IGBT devices against damaging short-circuit faults while helping maximise equipment uptime and reliability.
Manufactured as part of the Mersen Protistor® 2×73 series, the P300738 features a square ceramic body with TTF threaded terminals and ultra-fast aR operating characteristics.
