The Mersen D300728 is a high-performance Protistor® square body semiconductor protection fuse developed to provide rapid protection for high-power semiconductor devices operating in demanding industrial environments. Designed with an aR ultra-fast operating characteristic, it safeguards IGBTs, diodes, thyristors and other sensitive power electronic components against damaging short-circuit currents.
As part of the Mersen Protistor® Size 2x72 series, this fuse offers excellent current limiting performance, low let-through energy and high breaking capacity. Its square body construction incorporates silver-plated contacts, an integrated striker indicator and Omega connection with flush metric threaded terminals, providing reliable installation and simplified maintenance.
