The Mersen X300607 is a premium square body semiconductor protection fuse engineered to provide ultra-fast protection for sensitive power semiconductor devices including IGBTs, thyristors, GTOs and diodes. As part of the Mersen Protistor® Size 70 aR series, it is designed for high-voltage power conversion equipment where rapid fault interruption and dependable semiconductor protection are essential.
