The Mersen NH0UD69V40PV is a Protistor® NH Size 0 high-speed semiconductor fuse designed to provide reliable short-circuit protection for modern power electronic equipment. Featuring an ultra-fast aR operating characteristic, it is engineered to safeguard sensitive semiconductor devices including IGBTs, thyristors, diodes and rectifier assemblies against damaging fault currents.
Rated at 40 A with a 690 V AC (IEC) and 700 V AC (UL) voltage rating, the NH0UD69V40PV is suitable for industrial drives, power converters, UPS systems, renewable energy equipment and other demanding applications. Manufactured in the internationally recognised NH Size 0 format, it installs into compatible DIN 43620 NH fuse bases and fuse switch disconnectors.
The fuse is manufactured using pure silver fuse elements embedded in solidified quartz sand with silver-plated contacts to achieve low let-through energy and high interrupting performance. A double visual indicator allows rapid identification of an operated fuse and can be used with an optional microswitch for remote indication.
