The Mersen NH1UD69V100PV is a premium Protistor® high speed semiconductor fuse engineered to provide exceptional protection for modern power electronic equipment. Specifically designed to safeguard IGBTs, thyristors, diodes and other semiconductor devices, it delivers ultra-fast fault interruption to minimise equipment damage and maximise system reliability.
Manufactured in the standard NH Size 1 format, this square body fuse complies with DIN NH system requirements for worldwide compatibility with NH fuse bases, fuse switch disconnectors and industrial switchgear. Pure silver fuse elements embedded in solidified silica sand provide excellent current limiting characteristics, low I²t values and a high interrupting rating for demanding industrial environments.
