The Mersen R300119 (PC30UD69V80D1A) is a Protistor® Size 30 square body high-speed semiconductor fuse designed to provide ultra-fast protection for modern power conversion equipment. Featuring an aR ultra-fast operating characteristic, it protects sensitive semiconductor devices including IGBTs, MOSFETs, thyristors and diodes against damaging short-circuit currents.
Manufactured using precision die-cut silver fuse elements embedded in solidified sand, the fuse provides excellent current limitation, low let-through energy and a high interrupting rating. Silver-plated contacts, non-magnetic hardware and an integrated striker indicator ensure dependable long-term performance whilst simplifying maintenance and remote status indication.
