Why Choose the Mersen Z331153 US141 UltraSafe™ Fuse Holder?
The Mersen Z331153, catalogue reference US141, is a robust single-pole modular fuse holder designed for 14 × 51 mm cylindrical fuse links. Part of the proven Mersen UltraSafe™ US14 series, it provides secure fuse installation and reliable circuit protection for industrial control panels, switchboards, machinery and electrical distribution systems.
The UltraSafe™ design features finger-safe IP20 protection under IEC requirements, including during fuse replacement. This helps reduce the risk of accidental contact with live components while supporting safer inspection, maintenance and fuse changing by qualified electrical personnel.
Rated at up to 800 V AC and 1000 V DC under UL requirements, with a maximum current rating of 50 A and a short-circuit current rating of 100 kA, the Z331153 is suitable for demanding AC and DC protection applications. Its compact DIN rail-mounted construction makes it straightforward to integrate into modern electrical enclosures and industrial systems.
Compatible with 14 × 51 mm cylindrical fuse links.
Tin-plated copper connection terminals.
Durable polyamide insulating housing.
Clip-in fuse installation method.
Standard DIN rail mounting to EN 60715.
Reliable Fuse Protection for Industrial Systems
Cylindrical fuse holders provide a secure electrical and mechanical connection between replaceable fuse links and the protected circuit. When an overload or short circuit occurs, the correctly selected fuse link interrupts the supply to help protect cables, machinery and connected equipment from damage.
The Mersen UltraSafe™ US14 design combines a compact modular footprint with finger-safe construction and high electrical ratings. Compatible modules can also be field assembled into multi-pole arrangements, while optional auxiliary microswitches can be used where remote fuse-status indication is required.
Typical Applications
Industrial power distribution panels.
Machinery and automation control cabinets.
Motor and transformer protection circuits.
Renewable energy and DC distribution equipment.
