The Lovato DMED301 is a versatile three-phase digital energy meter with neutral, designed for accurate monitoring of electrical consumption and operating parameters in commercial, industrial and building-services installations. As part of the Lovato DME energy meter range, it combines direct current measurement, comprehensive multi-measurement functions and integrated communication in a compact DIN rail mounted device.
Designed for direct connection up to 80 A, the DMED301 allows suitable three-phase circuits to be monitored without external current transformers. It measures imported and exported active energy, imported and exported reactive energy, voltage, current, power, power factor and frequency, providing detailed visibility of electrical system performance.
The meter features an integrated RS485 Modbus RTU interface, enabling straightforward connection to PLCs, building management systems, SCADA platforms and remote energy-monitoring software. Its four-module DIN rail housing, programmable functions and clear backlit display make it an effective solution for energy management, sub-metering and industrial automation applications.
