Why Choose the ABB BWS625TPN Enclosed Safety Switch?

The ABB BWS625TPN (2CMA142422R1000) is a robust 6-pole enclosed safety switch designed to provide dependable electrical isolation for three-phase installations where both phase and neutral conductors require switching. As part of ABB's proven BWS range of enclosed safety switches, it combines reliable switching performance with a durable IP65 UV-resistant polycarbonate enclosure, making it ideal for industrial, commercial and OEM applications.

The enclosure is manufactured from rigid UV-stabilised polycarbonate and features a dark grey side-operated handle with an interlocked cover to prevent opening whilst the switch is energised. The handle is padlockable for additional safety during maintenance. The switch is supplied complete with a 1 NO auxiliary contact, together with PE and neutral terminals for straightforward installation. Membrane grommets and locking nuts are included, while compression glands can be fitted to maintain the IP65 protection rating.

Rated at 25 A AC-23A at 415 V AC with an 11 kW motor switching capacity, the BWS625TPN is suitable for machinery isolation, HVAC systems, pumps, industrial control panels and low-voltage power distribution installations.
