As part of ABB's proven OTL enclosed safety switch range, it delivers reliable switching performance whilst protecting personnel during maintenance and servicing.
The switch is housed in a robust alu-zinc coated steel enclosure with a polyester powder-coated finish, providing an IP65 ingress protection rating for demanding indoor and outdoor environments. A red/yellow selector handle incorporates a lockable door interlock, preventing the enclosure from being opened whilst energised. The interlock can also be overridden for authorised thermographic inspections.
Rated at 16 A AC-23A with a 7.5 kW motor switching capacity, the OTL16A3M is ideal for isolating motors, pumps, fans, conveyors and general industrial electrical circuits. It is supplied complete with 1 NO auxiliary contact and a PE terminal for fast installation.
