The Teknomega PTB6025 is a heavy-duty single-pole power terminal block designed for terminating and distributing high-current conductors in industrial switchboards, electrical distribution panels and automation cabinets. Also referenced as PTB 250, it features a 1 input / 1 output configuration with a 250A current rating, making it ideal for demanding industrial power distribution applications.
Manufactured using a PA6 UL94-V0 self-extinguishing insulating body with a tinned copper conductor block, the PTB6025 provides excellent electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. Galvanised steel screws and aluminium clamps ensure secure cable retention, while the transparent protective cover improves operator safety and allows quick visual inspection of conductor terminations.
Suitable for conductor sizes from 50 mm² to 95 mm² (stripped conductors) or 35 mm² to 95 mm² (with ferrules), the PTB6025 is rated for 1000V insulation voltage with a 15.1kA short-time withstand current and a 43.2kA peak withstand current, making it suitable for demanding industrial electrical installations.
