Why Choose the Cembre 2843707 DB250-11/1N Single Pole Distribution Block?
The Cembre 2843707 DB250-11/1N is a heavy-duty single-pole power distribution block designed to distribute one incoming electrical supply across multiple outgoing circuits. Part of the professional Cembre DBLOCK series, it provides an organised and dependable wiring solution for industrial control panels, switchboards and low-voltage power distribution assemblies.
Rated for an operating current of 250 A, the DB250-11/1N combines one high-capacity incoming terminal with 11 outgoing connections. Its direct-clamping terminals, conical conductor entry points and pre-loosened captive screws simplify cable installation while helping create secure, stable and low-resistance electrical connections.
The conductive body is manufactured from electrolytically tin-plated brass for excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. A halogen-free PA6.6 insulating body and transparent polycarbonate cover provide robust electrical insulation, visibility of the connections and IP20 protection. The block may be mounted on a standard 35 mm DIN rail or directly onto a panel.
Key Advantages
Heavy-duty single-pole power distribution block.
250 A operating current for demanding installations.
One incoming connection with 11 outgoing ways.
Direct-clamping terminals support fast and secure wiring.
Power distribution blocks provide a central point for dividing a large incoming conductor into several smaller outgoing circuits. This reduces wiring congestion, limits the need for multiple cable joints and helps produce a cleaner, more accessible electrical panel.
The Cembre DB250-11/1N uses direct-clamping connections with captive screws and conical conductor entries to make wiring faster and more consistent. Its high current and withstand ratings make it suitable for demanding industrial systems where dependable power distribution and mechanical connection strength are essential.
Typical Applications
Industrial power and control panels.
Low-voltage distribution switchboards.
Motor control centres.
Machinery and factory automation systems.
Renewable energy and charging installations.
OEM electrical equipment and panel building.
