The ILME CDSHM27N is a high-density 27-pole + PE male connector insert designed as the second section of an ILME CDSH SQUICH® multipole connector assembly. The N version carries pole numbering 28–54 and is intended for use within a size 77.62 connector arrangement, where two 27-pole sections provide a complete 54-pole + PE interface.
Part of the ILME CDSH series, the CDSHM27N features SQUICH® spring terminal connection without tools. Conductors are terminated directly into the insert without separate crimp contacts, helping reduce wiring time while providing secure spring-pressure connections. It accepts conductor cross-sections from 0.14–2.5 mm², equivalent to AWG 26–14.
The CDSHM27N is rated at 10 A and 400 V, with a 6 kV rated impulse withstand voltage, pollution degree 3 and a UL/CSA rated voltage of 600 V. Turned silver-plated contacts, polycarbonate construction and an operating temperature range of -40–125 °C make it suitable for demanding industrial machinery, automation and control applications.
