When the CQS08VA is used with a CQM male insert, the standard gasket supplied with the male insert should be replaced by the separately ordered ILME CR 08 EMC conductive gasket. For the Pg16 cable entry, ILME's compatible CRQ 16 EMC cable-gland system can be used to interface the cable shield with the enclosure.
