ILME CX1.6PF is a female MIXO pneumatic contact without a closing valve, designed for detachable industrial compressed-air connections using tubing with a 1.6 mm internal diameter.
£3.61
The ILME CX1.6PF, also identified as CX 1.6 PF, is a compact female pneumatic contact without a closing valve designed for use within ILME MIXO modular pneumatic connector systems. It provides a detachable compressed-air connection for tubing with an internal diameter of 1.6 mm, making it suitable for machinery and automation applications requiring pneumatic services within a modular industrial connector.
The CX1.6PF is a female contact manufactured from durable polyamide and uses a hose-barb connection for the pneumatic tube. Because this version is supplied without a closing valve, the pneumatic path is not automatically shut off when the connector is unmated, making it appropriate where an external valve or system-level isolation arrangement is used.
Designed as part of the ILME MIXO Pneumatic range, the CX1.6PF can be installed in compatible pneumatic modules such as the CX03P. MIXO technology enables pneumatic connections to be incorporated alongside compatible electrical power, control, data and communication modules within a single heavy-duty connector assembly.
ILME MIXO pneumatic contacts allow compressed-air services to be incorporated into the same modular connector architecture used for electrical and communication connections. This can simplify machine interfaces by reducing the number of separate connection points required between fixed and removable equipment.
The CX1.6PF provides a female connection for 1.6 mm internal-diameter pneumatic tubing and is designed without an integral shut-off valve. When installed in a compatible MIXO pneumatic module and connector assembly, it provides a compact detachable pneumatic interface for automation equipment, machinery and other industrial systems.

The CX1.6PF is a female pneumatic contact used in compatible ILME MIXO pneumatic modules to provide a detachable compressed-air connection in industrial machinery and automation equipment.
The CX1.6PF is designed for pneumatic tubing with an internal diameter of 1.6 mm.
No. The CX1.6PF is specifically designed without a closing valve, so it does not automatically isolate the pneumatic line when the connector is unmated.
The CX1.6PF is the female version. The corresponding ILME male contact without a closing valve for 1.6 mm internal-diameter tubing is the CX1.6PM.
The CX1.6PF forms part of the ILME MIXO Pneumatic system and is designed for installation in compatible MIXO pneumatic modular inserts, including the CX03P.
ILME MIXO pneumatic components are used by machine builders and automation engineers to integrate compact, serviceable compressed-air connections alongside electrical, signal and data services within configurable heavy-duty industrial connector assemblies.
