The Lovato GEFX62 is a red/yellow padlockable door-coupling handle designed for Lovato GEF0250 fused switch disconnectors. As part of the Lovato GEF switch disconnector accessory range, it provides convenient external operation of a compatible switch installed inside an electrical enclosure.
The GEFX62 features a high-visibility red/yellow lever measuring 115 mm (4.5 inches) in length and is designed for secure door-coupled operation. Its padlockable construction supports electrical isolation and lockout procedures by allowing the operating handle to be secured against unauthorised operation.
Designed specifically for the GEF0250N and GEF0250NT4 250 A fused switch disconnector platform, the GEFX62 uses a 10 mm (0.4 inch) square shaft interface and provides IP65 protection when correctly installed. The extension shaft required for door-coupled operation is ordered separately, allowing the installation depth to be matched to the enclosure.
Door-coupling handles allow a switch disconnector mounted inside an electrical enclosure to be operated externally from the enclosure door. This arrangement provides convenient access to the isolation control while keeping the main switching device and power connections protected inside the panel.
