Electronic compact starters combine contactor, overload and reversing functions in one DIN-rail unit controlled directly from a PLC output, saving panel space and wiring on small motors. This range stocks the ABB HF series direct-on-line (DOL) and reversing (ROL) starters, with and without electronic overload, for 24 V DC control.
For conventional starters built from separate components see contactors and overload relays; for enclosed units see DOL starters.
